On 14 March 2025, We proudly launched the third class of its Fifth Foreign Talent Entrepreneurship Incubation Project, which aims to provide expanded opportunities for international entrepreneurs to develop and grow. Upon arrival, participants were welcomed with specially prepared Hubei cuisine, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere conducive to networking.
此次活动吸引了来自亚洲、欧洲、美洲和非洲的20多位杰出外国人才，每位参与者都带来了独特的文化视角和创业经验。他们共同探讨了海南自由贸易港背景下的商业机遇，构建了一个充满活力的交流平台，通过多元观点的分享激发了创新思维。
The event attracted over 20 exceptional foreign talents from Asia, Europe, America and Africa, each bringing unique cultural perspectives and entrepreneurial experiences. Together, they explored business opportunities in the context of Hainan Free Trade Port, creating a dynamic exchange platform that sparked innovative ideas through the sharing of diverse viewpoints.
本课程以“创建与组建创业团队”为主题展开。参与者积极参与了生动的讨论和实践活动，包括互动游戏及小组讨论环节——在这些活动中，他们运用记忆技巧记住彼此的名字，从而增强了团队凝聚力。在关于合作伙伴选择的专题研讨中，培训师提供了深入的策略指导，并分析了错误选择可能带来的严重后果，帮助参与者更准确地识别潜在的合作对象。
The course centred around the theme of "Creating and Building Entrepreneurial Teams". Participants engaged in lively discussions and activities, including interactive games and group discussions where they used memory techniques to remember each other's names, thereby strengthening team cohesion. During a session on partner selection, the trainer provided in-depth strategies and analyzed the significant consequences of poor choices, enabling participants to better identify potential collaborators.
此外，本课程着重强调了团队建设的重要性，并提供了多种有效方法来提升参与者之间的协作能力。在互动游戏“国王与天使”中，参与者扮演不同的角色并承担相应职责，且在整个活动中需保护或被指定的“神秘选项”同学保护。这一练习不仅增进了参与者之间的信任，还强化了团队合作精神。
In addition, the course emphasized the importance of team building and provided a number of effective methods to improve cooperation between participants. In the interactive game 'Kings and Angels', participants experienced different roles and responsibilities, and had to protect or be protected by a designated 'mystery option' classmate throughout the session. This exercise not only built trust between participants, but also strengthened the spirit of cooperation.
活动结束时，参与者被要求将新获得的知识应用于实际场景，并制定切实可行的团队建设方案，以备下一次会议之需。
At the end of the event, participants were given homework to apply their newly acquired knowledge to real-life scenarios and develop practical team-building plans in preparation for the next session.
