5月7日下午，在海口市外国专家局指导下，海口国际人才之家举办的第三期自贸港外籍人才创业孵化班进行第3次授课。该孵化班举办的目的在于帮助在琼创业发展的外籍人才提高创业技巧和能力，了解海南自贸港营商环境和相关政策等，同时帮助外籍人才更快地适应创业环境，解决创业过程中遇到的问题。本次授课有来自亚非欧美的十多名外籍创业人才参加了学习。
On the afternoon of May 7, under the guidance of the Haikou Foreign Experts Bureau, the third session of the Free Trade Port Foreign Talent Entrepreneurship Incubation Program organized by the Haikou International Talent Center was held. The program aims to enhance foreign entrepreneurs developing businesses in Hainan's Free Trade Port by improving their entrepreneurial skills and capabilities, familiarizing them with the local business environment and relevant policies, and helping them adapt more quickly to the entrepreneurial landscape while addressing challenges encountered during their ventures. Over ten foreign entrepreneurs from Asia, Africa, Europe, and North America attended this session.
本堂课的授课主题是“商业运用中的创新思维”。 课堂上陈老师没有就此进行过多的理论分析，而是通过各种生动有趣的实际案例，深入浅出地阐述了创新的三个维度：产品创新，服务创新以及模式创新。陈老师先用解手链、猜折纸高度、九子连线等三个饶有趣味的游戏充分启发和开拓了大家的创新思维，发动大家尽情地“头脑风暴”。他还用“电饭煲和蜂蜜产品的升级换代”、“让穷光蛋当上世界银行副行长”、“老吴的超市孵化模式”等经典案例故事来展现资源整合在创业中的神奇力量，最后，陈老师结合自贸港特点对创新思维在创业发展中重要性进行了点评和总结：“在瞬息万变的互联网时代，缺乏的并不是资源，而是缺乏整合资源的思维和能力。要想创业获得突破，就必须要避免经验主义，突破思维定势，要突破思维边际，敢于颠覆常规，然后将创新方法与模式交予实践的检验，并通过实践不断地完善与升级。自贸港政策的实行使海南变得越来越开放也越来越重视创新鼓励创新，也给创业者的创新给予了更多的政策支持何鼓励，希望我们外籍人才创业者把握好机会，将创新变成我们创业的内生动力”。
The theme of this lecture was "Innovative Thinking in Business Applications." Instead of extensive theoretical analysis, Professor Chen used vivid and engaging real-world examples to clearly explain the three dimensions of innovation: product innovation, service innovation, and business model innovation. He began by employing three interactive games—solving a wrist chain puzzle, estimating paper folding heights, and solving nine-piece matching puzzles—to stimulate participants 'innovative thinking and encourage brainstorming sessions. He further illustrated the transformative power of resource integration in entrepreneurship through classic cases such as "upgrading rice cookers and honey products," "transforming a struggling entrepreneur into a World Bank Vice President," and "Old Wu's supermarket incubation model." Finally, reflecting on the Free Trade Port's context, Professor Chen emphasized the critical role of innovative thinking in entrepreneurial development: "In today's rapidly evolving internet era, what's lacking isn't resources but the mindset and capability to integrate them. To achieve breakthroughs in entrepreneurship, we must avoid empiricism, break free from mental constraints, challenge conventional thinking, dare to disrupt established norms, test innovative approaches through practice, and continuously refine them. The implementation of Free Trade Port policies has made Hainan increasingly open and supportive of innovation, providing substantial policy incentives for entrepreneurs. We urge foreign talent entrepreneurs to seize these opportunities and turn innovation into a driving force for their ventures."
课后，参加学习的外籍人才学员都说收获匪浅，纷纷表示这次学习给自己带来不少触动和启发，也加深了对创新在创业中意义重大的认识，同时希望海口国际人才之家能给大家提供更多类似的学习课程，帮助外籍人才更好地创业和发展。
After the session, all participating foreign professionals unanimously expressed that they had gained substantial insights, noting how the training provided profound inspiration and deepened their understanding of innovation's critical role in entrepreneurship. They also hoped that the Haikou International Talent Center would offer more similar programs to better support foreign talents in starting and growing their businesses.
