4 月 18 日晚，海口国际人才之家迎来了第五期外籍人才创业孵化班的第六次课程。本次课程由资深导师陈铭浩老师主讲，吸引了众多外籍学员的积极参与。课程围绕“沟通技巧”展开，通过生动的案例和互动环节，帮助学员们提升跨文化沟通能力。
On the evening of 18 April, the Haikou International Talent Home welcomed the sixth class of the fifth session of its Foreign Talent Entrepreneurship Incubation Programme. Under the guidance of experienced instructor Chen Minghao, the course attracted enthusiastic participation from a large number of foreign students. The session focused on "Communication Skills", using engaging case studies and interactive activities to enhance participants' cross-cultural communication skills.
本次课程以“沟通技巧”为主题，旨在帮助外籍人才提升跨文化沟通能力。陈老师通过生动案例，深入讲解了沟通的两大要素：意义的传达与理解。他以“小乳猪”故事为例，幽默地展示了无效沟通的场景，让学员们深刻认识到沟通中明确意图和正确理解的重要性。
The topic of this course was designed to help foreign talents improve their cross-cultural communication skills. Instructor Chen provided in-depth explanations of the two key elements of communication: conveying meaning and understanding. Using the humorous story of "Little Piglet" to illustrate scenarios of ineffective communication, he emphasized the importance of clear intentions and accurate comprehension in conversations.
课程中还设置了互动环节，学员们通过角色扮演和情景模拟，学习如何在不同文化背景下准确表达和理解对方意图。陈老师引导学员们理解中文沟通中的微妙之处，例如“你是个好人”可能隐藏的委婉拒绝之意，以及“原则上可以”等表述背后的真正含义。此外，课程还强调了语气语调在沟通中的关键作用，通过“你好啊”“你真讨厌”等语句的不同语气表达，让学员们掌握同一句话在不同语调下可能传达出的不同情绪和意图。
The course included interactive segments in which students engaged in role-playing and scenario simulations to learn how to accurately express and understand intentions in different cultural contexts. Chen guided participants in recognizing the subtle nuances of Chinese communication, such as how the phrase "You're a good person" can imply a polite rejection, and the underlying meanings of expressions like "In principle, it's possible". The course also emphasized the critical role of tone and intonation in communication, showing how variations in intonation can convey different emotions and intentions through phrases such as "Hello" and "You are really annoying".
