海口国际人才之家举行外籍人才创业孵化班第3期开学典礼暨趣味体验课开课仪式
Haikou International Talent Center Held the Opening Ceremony for the Third Session of the Foreign Talent Entrepreneurship Incubation Program and the Launch Ceremony for the Interactive Experience Course
4月1日，海口市外籍人才创业孵化班第3期开学典礼暨趣味体验课开课仪式1日在海口国际人才之家举行，来自英国、韩国、乌兹别克斯坦等11个国家和地区的20多名国际人才参加活动。
On April 1, the opening ceremony for the third session of Haikou's Foreign Talent Entrepreneurship Incubation Program and the launch of its engaging hands-on workshops were held at the Haikou International Talent Center. Over 20 international talents from 11 countries and regions, including the United Kingdom, South Korea, and Uzbekistan, attended the event.
本次培训孵化班由拥有双学位的德国科特布斯大学海归硕士、海南经贸职业技术学院客座教授陈铭浩老师主讲，他采用趣味游戏的形式，让学员们在轻松愉快的环境中体验商场实战的真实氛围，感悟团队建设的重要性，课堂气氛热烈，学员们从小游戏中获得创业知识和创业灵感。
This training and incubation program was led by Professor Chen Minghao, a master's graduate with dual degrees from Germany's University of Kötbus and a visiting professor at Hainan College of Economics and Trade. Through engaging games, he enabled participants to experience the authentic atmosphere of business operations in a relaxed environment while recognizing the importance of team building. The classroom atmosphere was vibrant, and participants gained valuable entrepreneurial knowledge and inspiration from these interactive activities.
据介绍，为帮助来琼创业外籍人才提升创新创业技能，适应国内创业环境，整合资源、对接项目，提高创新创业成功率，海口国际人才之家已成功举办了两期外籍人才创业孵化班。孵化班每期历时约5个月，开设10次理论课，还设置5次课外实践活动和多个项目考察对接活动，共有30多名外籍人才参加学习。
According to reports, to help foreign entrepreneurs in Hainan enhance their innovation and entrepreneurship skills, adapt to the domestic entrepreneurial environment, integrate resources, facilitate project connections, and improve success rates, the Haikou International Talent Home has successfully conducted two sessions of entrepreneurship incubation programs for foreign talents. Each session lasts approximately five months, featuring 10 theoretical lectures, five extracurricular practical activities, and multiple project visit and matching events, with over 30 foreign talents participating in the program.
前两期孵化班的良好口碑吸引了不少外籍人才，也推动了第三期孵化班的快速启动。外籍人才孵化班的开设不但可以帮助外籍人才学习掌握更多的创业知识和技能，还可以帮助外籍人才及时解决创新创业过程中遇到的诸多问题，将为助力外籍人才在自贸港建设中发挥才能方面做出贡献。
The positive reputation of the first two incubation sessions has attracted numerous foreign talents and accelerated the launch of the third session. The establishment of this program not only enables foreign professionals to acquire advanced entrepreneurial knowledge and skills, but also assists them in promptly addressing various challenges encountered during innovation and entrepreneurship endeavors. This initiative will significantly contribute to enabling foreign talents to fully utilize their expertise in advancing the development of the Free Trade Port.
