针对外籍人士对自贸港金融规则、税收优惠政策不够熟悉等现实问题，工作站立足界别特色，精准对接外籍人才需求，打破传统单向宣讲模式，把政策知识普及融入非遗文化体验之中，让外籍人才在轻松友好的氛围中学习实用政策、感受海南文化魅力。

To address practical issues such as foreign nationals’ insufficient familiarity with the financial rules and preferential tax policies of the Free Trade Port, the workstation leveraged the strengths of its sector to precisely meet the needs of foreign talents. Breaking the traditional one-way briefing model, it integrated policy dissemination into intangible cultural heritage experiences, enabling foreign talents to learn practical policies and experience the charm of Hainan’s culture in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

工作站邀请专业讲师提供双语讲解服务。授课老师结合真实案例，围绕外籍人士在琼高频金融消费场景讲解账户使用、风险识别、反诈防骗等金融安全知识，围绕外籍人才在琼核心税收政策展开细致解读并现场答疑；同时，黎锦非遗讲师介绍黎锦悠久历史、传统织造技艺及特色纹样背后的民俗故事，并指导外籍嘉宾制作黎锦书签，在指尖实践中感受海南民族文化之美。

The workstation invited professional instructors to provide bilingual interpretation services. Combining real-life cases, the lecturers explained financial safety knowledge including account usage, risk identification and fraud prevention for high-frequency financial consumption scenarios of foreign nationals in Hainan, elaborated on core tax policies for foreign talents in Hainan and answered questions on-site. Meanwhile, the Li brocade intangible cultural heritage instructor introduced the long history, traditional weaving techniques of Li brocade and folk stories behind its distinctive patterns, and guided foreign guests to make Li brocade bookmarks, allowing them to appreciate the beauty of Hainan’s ethnic culture through hands-on practice.

参与活动的外籍人士纷纷表示，本次活动既有金融、税务实用政策干货，又体验了海南非遗，还帮助解决了日常工作生活的政策困惑，加深了对海南本土文化的理解。此次活动是省政协对外友好界别工作站立足界别群众实际需求、发挥桥梁纽带作用的生动实践。

Foreign participants at the event commented that the activity offered practical knowledge on finance and tax policies as well as an opportunity to experience Hainan’s intangible cultural heritage. It helped resolve their policy-related doubts in daily work and life and deepened their understanding of Hainan’s local culture. This event serves as a vivid practice whereby the Foreign Friendship Sector Workstation of the Hainan Provincial CPPCC meets the actual needs of people from its sector and gives play to its role as a bridge and link.
