随着海南自贸港建设的不断深入，越来越多的外籍人士选择在海南工作与生活。为了更好地服务这一群体，提高他们在华工作许可等政务事项的办理效率，海口市公安局出入境管理部门发起了一项征集外籍志愿服务人员的活动。海口龙华国际人才志愿服务队积极响应，迅速行动，立即在服务团成员中发动报名，成功组织了一批热心的外籍志愿者，为外籍人士提供政务办理协助。
With the continuous deepening of the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port, more and more foreigners choose to work and live in Hainan. In order to better serve this group and improve the efficiency of handling government affairs such as work permits in China, the Exit and Entry Management Department of Haikou Public Security Bureau has launched a recruitment for foreign volunteer service personnel. Haikou Longhua International Talent Volunteer Service Team responded positively and acted quickly. They immediately initiated registration among the members of the service team and successfully organized a group of enthusiastic foreign volunteers to provide assistance in government affairs for foreigners.
9月3日，海口龙华国际人才志愿服务队的第一批志愿者正式到岗，他们将在海口市民游客中心（外国人工作综合服务窗口）提供服务。这些志愿者来自不同的国家，拥有较强的语言沟通能力，能够为外籍人士提供更加贴心的服务。每日，服务团安排3-4名志愿者值班，确保了服务的连续性和高效性。
On September 3, the first group of volunteers of Haikou Longhua International Volunteer Service Team officially arrived at their posts, and they will provide services at Haikou Resident and Visitor Service Center (comprehensive service window for foreigners). These volunteers come from different countries and have strong language communication skills, which can provide more caring services for foreigners. Every day, the service team arranges 3-4 volunteers to be on duty, ensuring the continuity and efficiency of the service.
在服务过程中，志愿者们将协助外籍人士完成资料的审核、引导拍照、材料完善以及维持秩序等工作，确保每位外籍人士都能顺利、高效地完成政务事项的办理。此外，志愿者们还将在市民游客中心大门口进行外籍人士的引导并发放排号，以提高办事效率。
During the service process, volunteers will assist foreigners in completing tasks such as reviewing documents, guiding taking photos, improving materials, and maintaining order, ensuring that every foreigner can smoothly and efficiently handle government affairs. In addition, volunteers will also provide guidance and assign numbers to foreign visitors at the entrance of Haikou Resident and Visitor Service Center to improve efficiency.
值得一提的是，一位来自巴基斯坦的外籍人士在接受了服务后，兴奋地表示：“很高兴能在办理手续的时候能得到外籍志愿服务者的帮助，由于我们交流很顺畅，这让我感到很放松，办理起来也特别轻松。”这不仅是对志愿者工作的认可，也是对服务团工作成效的肯定。
It is worth mentioning that a foreigner from Pakistan excitedly expressed after receiving the service, "I am glad to receive the help of volunteers when handling the procedures. Due to our smooth communication, it makes me feel relaxed and the process is particularly easy." This is not only a recognition of the volunteer work, but also a recognition of the effectiveness of the service team.
海口龙华国际人才志愿服务队的这一举措，不仅为外籍人士提供了便利，也展现了海南自贸港的开放与包容。海口市公安局出入境管理部门对服务团的工作给予了高度评价，并表示将为参与服务的志愿者提供积分激励、就业签证便利延长等支持政策，以鼓励更多的外籍人士参与到志愿服务中来。
