Haikou, March 7, 2025 – The Haikou International Talent Home proudly hosted the second class of the Fifth Foreign Talent Entrepreneurship Incubation Programme, marking a significant advancement in its mission to enhance Hainan's reputation as a global business hub. This initiative is strategically designed to assist foreign entrepreneurs in navigating the dynamic and rapidly evolving landscape of Hainan's free trade port.

The event was attended by over 20 talented individuals from different regions - including Asia, Europe, America and Africa - creating a rich tapestry of backgrounds and entrepreneurial experiences. The theme of this session, 'Stimulating Innovation Awareness', highlighted the increasing importance of an innovative mindset in today's competitive business environment.
与往常一样，参与者于17:30齐聚一堂，品尝由海口国际人才之家主任皮金玉先生精心烹制的湖北传统菜肴。本次活动分为两个主要环节，重点聚焦创新培养。
As usual, participants gathered at 17:30 for a tasting of traditional Chinese dishes from Hubei, expertly prepared by the director of the Haikou International Talent Home, Mr Pi Jinyu. The course was divided into two main segments focusing on fostering innovation.

The first segment, which focused on cultivating innovation awareness, provided students with a deep understanding of the critical role innovation plays in entrepreneurship. This session included case studies of successful entrepreneurs from different sectors, encouraging participants to engage in dynamic discussions. They analyzed different innovative mindsets and identified strategies to overcome challenges in a fast-paced market. The collaborative environment facilitated the exchange of ideas and experiences, greatly enriching the learning process.

The second segment, dedicated to unlocking the innovative potential of the participants, aimed at enhancing their creative capabilities in addressing challenges and seizing opportunities. Participants explored key components of innovative thinking, including imagination, creativity, critical thinking and intuitive reasoning. Through interactive exercises, they were empowered to think outside the box and develop breakthrough solutions for their businesses.
