5月20日下午，在海口市外国专家局指导下，海口国际人才之家举办的第三期自贸港外籍人才创业孵化班进行第5次授课。该孵化班举办的目的在于帮助在琼创业发展的外籍人才提高创业技巧和能力，了解海南自贸港营商环境和相关政策等，同时帮助外籍人才更快地适应创业环境，解决创业过程中遇到的问题。本次授课有来自世界各地的十多名外籍创业人才参加了学习。
On the afternoon of May 20, under the guidance of the Haikou Municipal Bureau of Foreign Experts, the third session of the Free Trade Port Foreign Talent Entrepreneurship Incubation Program organized by the Haikou International Talent Center delivered its fifth lecture. The program aims to enhance the entrepreneurial skills and capabilities of foreign professionals establishing businesses in Hainan, provide them with insights into the Free Trade Port's business environment and relevant policies, and assist them in adapting more quickly to the entrepreneurial landscape while addressing challenges encountered during their ventures. Over ten international entrepreneurs from around the world attended this session.
本次授课又是一次沙盘模拟推演课，是上一次沙盘模拟的升级版本，同样是帽子制作，同样是原班人马，推演难度去比上次要大得多，流程和环节要多得多，也复杂得多。通过逼真的沙盘模拟推演，学员们可以仿真现实中的企业环境，了解和学习企业的经营运作，身临其境的感悟企业运作过程和生产流程，模拟生产经营决策，及时处理企业发生的经济业务等，从而达到拓展知识体系，提升管理能力，全面提高学员综合素质。
This training session is another scenario-based simulation exercise, representing an upgraded version of the previous simulation. While both sessions focus on hat production and involve the same team, the current exercise is significantly more challenging, with a substantially longer process and more complex procedures. Through this realistic simulation, participants can immerse themselves in a authentic corporate environment, gain insights into business operations, experience enterprise workflows firsthand, simulate operational decisions, and promptly address real-world financial transactions. These activities collectively broaden knowledge frameworks, enhance management competencies, and comprehensively improve participants' overall professional capabilities.
截至目前，第三期自贸港外籍人才创业培训孵化班已课程过半，已取得了较好的收效，也在社会上引起了较大的反响。海口国际人才之家将继续更加用心地开展好后期的课程培训，争取为外籍创业人才带来更多有用的的创业技能知识，为助力外籍人才发挥才能献力海南自贸港发挥作用。
To date, the third phase of the Free Trade Port Foreign Talent Entrepreneurship Training and Incubation Program has completed over half of its courses, achieving notable results and generating significant public attention. The Haikou International Talent Home will continue to deliver subsequent training sessions with greater dedication, aiming to equip foreign entrepreneurs with practical entrepreneurial skills and knowledge, thereby contributing to the effective utilization of foreign talent within the Hainan Free Trade Port.
