2025年6月8日下午，备受期待的第五届外国人才创新创业孵化班结业典礼在海口市千楼老街非物质文化遗产展示中心隆重举行。本次活动由海口市科学技术与工业信息局（海口市对外专家事务局）、海口市龙华区人才发展局及龙华区科学技术与工业信息局联合主办，并由海口国际人才之家承办，在海南省政协外事友好委员会社区外展工作站的大力支持下顺利举行。来自30多个国家的近100位外国人才及国际友人出席了典礼。
On the afternoon of 8 June 2025, the much-anticipated completion ceremony for the fifth Foreign Talent Innovation and Entrepreneurship Incubation Class took place at the Haikou Qilou Old Street Intangible Cultural Heritage Exhibition Centre. The event was jointly organized by the Haikou Municipal Bureau of Science and Technology and Industry Information (Haikou Bureau of Foreign Experts Affairs), the Longhua District Committee of Haikou's Talent Development Bureau, and the Longhua District Bureau of Science and Technology and Industry Information. The event was executed by the Haikou International Talent Home, with strong support from the Hainan Provincial CPPCC Foreign Friendship Committee's Community Outreach Work Station. Nearly 100 foreign talents and international friends from over 30 countries attended the ceremony.
仪式以一段回顾学员学习历程及孵化班精彩瞬间的视频拉开序幕。海口市科学技术与工业信息局（兼海口市对外专家事务局）研究员陈兰芳在致辞中高度评价了学员们积极进取的精神和取得的显著成果。她表示，希望毕业生们能够实现自己的抱负，在海口创造属于自己的创业成功故事，为这座城市注入更多活力与创新力量。
The ceremony began with a video review of the learning journey and highlights of the incubation class participants. Chen Lanfang, a researcher from the Haikou Municipal Bureau of Science and Technology and Industry Information (Haikou Bureau of Foreign Experts Affairs), gave a speech in which she acknowledged the proactive spirit and substantial achievements of the students during their studies. She expressed her hope that the graduates would realize their ambitions and create their own entrepreneurial success stories in Haikou, bringing more vitality and innovation to the city.
毕业生们通过歌舞表演及创意展示等形式展现了他们的才华。来自摩洛哥的参与者亚当表示：“这个孵化项目教会了我创业技能，让我作为一名国际人才在海南感到被接纳和支持。这将成为我实现在自由贸易港工作的梦想的起点。”在表演环节中，外国学生呈现了一系列引人入胜的演出，展现了丰富多彩的文化传统。这些表演包括传统的缅甸舞蹈、充满活力的非洲鼓乐以及优雅的泰式古典舞蹈，充分证明了艺术在促进中国与其他国家文化交流方面的巨大作用。
The graduates showcased their talents through performances including song and dance, as well as creative displays. Adam, a participant from Morocco, said: “The incubation class taught me entrepreneurial skills and made me feel included and supported as an international talent in Hainan. It will be the starting point for me to develop my dream of working in the free trade port.”
The performance segment saw foreign students present a series of captivating shows, showcasing a rich tapestry of cultural traditions. These performances, which included traditional Burmese dance, vibrant African drumming, and elegant classical Thai dance, served as a testament to the power of art to foster cultural exchange between China and other nations.
颁奖典礼上，学生们依次领取了结业证书和优秀证书。与此同时，外籍创业导师正式就职，进一步壮大了创业指导团队。来自新加坡的学生代表傅继虎向海口国际人才之家表达了感谢；另一位来自缅甸的学生代表屈美丽则向人才之家赠送了横幅和礼物。随后，全体师生与观众共同演唱了《朋友》和《我们年轻》，将现场气氛推向高潮，活动最后以集体合影圆满结束。
During the awards ceremony, students took turns to receive their completion certificates and certificates of excellence. Meanwhile, foreign entrepreneurial mentors were officially appointed, strengthening the entrepreneurial guidance team further. Student representative Fu Jihu from Singapore expressed his gratitude to the Haikou International Talent Home. Another student representative, Qu Meili from Myanmar, presented the talent home with a banner and gifts. The entire group then joined the audience in singing "Friends" and "We Are Young," bringing the atmosphere to a climax, and the event concluded with a group photo.
近年来，为支持海南的外国创业活动，海口国际人才之家已成功举办五期外国人才创业孵化班。该课程包含50节室内理论课和15次户外实践课，吸引了近200名外国学生参与。此次孵化项目的成功举办不仅增强了外国人才的归属感，更为他们提供了展示技能的平台，为海南自由贸易港建设的人才储备做出了贡献。主办方表示将继续发挥桥梁作用，并探索更多创新方式，助力海南打造世界级、独具特色的自由贸易港。
In recent years, to support foreign entrepreneurship in Hainan, the Haikou International Talent Home has organized five sessions of the Foreign Talent Entrepreneurship Incubation Class. These have included 50 indoor theoretical lessons and 15 outdoor practical sessions, with nearly 200 foreign students participating. The successful hosting of this incubation class not only enhanced the sense of belonging among foreign talents but also provided a platform for them to showcase their skills, contributing to the talent pool for the construction of Hainan's free trade port. The organizers said they'd carry on playing a bridging role and come up with more innovative ways to help build a world-class, uniquely Chinese free trade port in Hainan.
