The Haikou International Talent Home hosted the ninth class of the fifth session of the Foreign Talent Entrepreneurship Incubation Programme.
2023年5月23日晚，海口国际人才之家迎来了其国际人才培养计划第五期第九批学员。在经验丰富的讲师陈明浩的带领下，这门实践型创业课程吸引了众多渴望积极参与的外国学员。
On the evening of 23 May 2023, the Haikou International Talent Home welcomed the ninth class of the fifth session of its International Talent Incubation Programme. Led by the experienced lecturer Chen Minghao, this practical entrepreneurship course attracted many foreign participants eager to engage.
这门名为“创业模拟”的课程通过实践操作帮助参与者理解创业过程的各个阶段。课程分为两个主要部分。
Entitled “Entrepreneurship Simulation”, the course provided hands-on experience to help participants understand the various stages of the entrepreneurial process. The course was divided into two main parts.
首先，三名学生共同创立了三家在同一市场开展竞争的企业。参与者通过模拟招聘流程分组，并在陈先生的指导下协同组建企业。每个团队都制定了详细的商业计划、组建了工作小组并明确了职责分工。通过这一实践，学生们深刻认识到团队合作的重要性，并提升了项目管理和决策能力。
First, three students established three businesses competing in the same market. Participants were divided into teams through a simulated recruitment process and collaboratively built their companies under Mr Chen's guidance. Each team developed detailed business plans, formed teams and assigned roles. Through this exercise, students experienced the importance of teamwork and honed their project management and decision-making skills.
其次，各团队讨论了如何制定月度商业计划。在规定的时间内，每个小组都为各自公司制定了具体的操作目标和行动计划。这一方法使参与者更深入地理解了业务运营的关键要素，同时培养了对市场变化的敏锐洞察力及有效的应对策略。
Secondly, the teams discussed how to create a monthly business plan. Within the time frame provided, each group established specific operational objectives and action plans for their respective companies. This approach enabled participants to develop a deeper understanding of the key elements of business operations, as well as cultivating sensitivity to market changes and effective response strategies.

The Haikou International Talent Home is dedicated to offering systematic entrepreneurial training and support to foreign talent. Through this course, participants improved their practical skills and enhanced their understanding of, and adaptability to, the entrepreneurial environment. In future, the Haikou International Talent Home will organize more related courses to support foreign talent in realizing their entrepreneurial dreams in Haikou, thereby promoting the development of an international talent environment in the city.
