2025年2月21日晚，海口国际人才之家迎来了第五期外籍人才创业孵化班的正式开班。20多名来自世界各地的外籍人才齐聚一堂，参加了开班仪式并开启了第一堂课的学习。此次培训孵化班由海口市科学技术和工业信息化局（海口市外国专家局）主办、海口国际人才之家承办，旨在帮助外籍人才提升创业技能，更好地适应国内创业环境，整合资源并对接项目，使外籍人才能引得进、留得住、扎下根。
On the evening of 21 February 2025, Haikou International Talent Home officially launched the fifth session of its Foreign Talent Entrepreneurship Incubation Class. More than 20 foreign talents from around the world gathered to attend the opening ceremony and start their first class. This training and incubation class is hosted by the Haikou Science, Technology and Industry Informatization Bureau (Haikou Foreign Experts Bureau) and organized by Haikou International Talent Home. It aims to help foreign talents enhance their innovation and entrepreneurship skills, better adapt to the domestic innovation and entrepreneurship environment, integrate domestic and foreign resources and connect projects, so that foreign talents can be introduced, retained and take root.
海口国际人才之家由海口市科学技术和工业信息化局（海口市外国专家局）创建，自2021年成立以来，一直致力于关注外籍人才的创业就业以及本地融入发展等课题。2021年12月17日，首期外籍人才创业孵化班正式开班，此后又陆续开办了4期，包括40次创业理论课和15次户外实践课。每期培训都获得了学员、社会以及上级主管部门的高度认可和肯定。
Established in 2021 by the Haikou Municipal Bureau of Science, Technology and Industry Information (Haikou Foreign Experts Bureau), the Haikou International Talent Home is dedicated to addressing issues related to the entrepreneurship and employment of foreign talents and their integration into local development. On December 17, 2021, the first entrepreneurship incubation class for foreign talents officially commenced. Since then, four more sessions have been held successively, consisting of 40 entrepreneurship theory courses and 15 outdoor practical courses. Each training session has received high recognition and affirmation from the trainees, society, and the superior competent departments.
本期孵化班在开班时间上别具一格，赶在中国新年收尾之际，为在海口的外籍人才们带来了新的气息与希望。与以往各期相比，本期孵化班有诸多亮点。首先，本期孵化班首次将当今最新的AI科技融入孵化辅助教学中，将进一步提升孵化教学的效果。其次，本期报名学习的学员中，有很大一部分是海口国际人才志愿服务团的成员。他们在参与志愿活动时了解到孵化班开办的信息后，便迫不及待地报名参加，展现出强烈的学习提高愿望。第三，本期班的学员有不少来自缅甸、新加坡、菲律宾等东盟国家，这些国家均为“一带一路”上的重要支点，本期孵化班的举办与当前的“一带一路”倡议高度契合。
This session of the Incubation Class is uniquely timed to coincide with the end of the Chinese New Year, bringing new energy and hope to foreign talent in Haikou. Compared to previous sessions, this class has several highlights. Firstly, it incorporates the latest AI technology into the incubation support teaching, further enhancing the effectiveness of the training. Second, a significant portion of the participants in this session are members of the Haikou International Talent Volunteer Service Team. After hearing about the incubation class through their volunteer activities, they eagerly enrolled, demonstrating a strong desire for personal and professional growth. Thirdly, many students in this session are from ASEAN countries such as Myanmar, Singapore and the Philippines, which are important hubs in the Belt and Road Initiative. Hosting this incubation class is closely aligned with China's current Belt and Road Initiative.
今后，海口国际人才之家将继续秉持创新精神，推出更多创新服务举措，为海口引进和留住更多外籍优秀人才，为自贸港核心区建设提供坚实的人才保障。
