2025年5月30日晚，海口国际人才之家成功举办了第五届外国人才创业孵化班第十期活动。在创业导师陈明浩的带领下，本期课程延续了上一期的内容，重点推出了升级版的创业模拟训练环节。
On the evening of 30 May 2025, the Haikou International Talent Home successfully held the tenth session of the fifth Foreign Talent Entrepreneurship Incubation Class. Led by entrepreneurship mentor Chen Minghao, this session continued to cover content from the previous class, focusing on an upgraded version of the entrepreneurship simulation exercise.
会议伊始，他带领与会者深入探讨了小镇商业环境中各类企业的运营模式。他详细分析了不同企业的运作机制，包括原材料批发商店、采购机构、银行、信贷市场及消费市场。在讲解过程中，陈强调了信贷市场中支付环节的不确定性，并指出了企业家可能面临的潜在财务风险。
At the start of the session, he guided participants through an in-depth exploration of various business entities in a small-town commercial setting. He provided a detailed analysis of the operational models of different businesses, including wholesale raw material stores, procurement shops, banks, credit markets and consumer markets. During his explanation, Chen emphasized the uncertainty of payment in the credit market and highlighted the potential financial risks that entrepreneurs may face.
参与者们积极参与课堂活动，就生产商与零售商的角色展开了热烈讨论。在陈的指导下，他们充分发挥创造力，灵活应对模拟过程中出现的各种挑战，并共同探讨出最优的创业策略。
The participants were actively engaged in the class, taking part in lively discussions about the roles of producers and retailers. Guided by Chen, they exercised their creativity, adapting to the various challenges that arose during the simulation and exploring optimal entrepreneurial strategies collaboratively.
