为帮助在海口创业发展的外籍人才提高创业技巧和能力，寻找更好创业资源，更快地适应创业环境，帮助外籍人才解决创业过程中遇到的问题，海口国际人才之家举办了第三期自贸港外籍人才创业培训孵化班，5月27日进行了第6次授课，有十多名不同国籍的创业人才参加了学习。
