6月3日下午，在海口市外国专家局指导下，海口国际人才之家举办的第三期自贸港外籍人才创业孵化班进行第7次授课。该孵化班举办的目的在于帮助在琼创业发展的外籍人才提高创业技巧和能力，了解海南自贸港营商环境和相关政策等，同时帮助外籍人才更快地适应创业环境，解决创业过程中遇到的问题。本次授课有来自世界各地约三十名外籍创业人才参加了学习。
On the afternoon of June 3, under the guidance of the Haikou Foreign Experts Bureau, the third session of the Free Trade Port Foreign Talent Entrepreneurship Incubation Program organized by the Haikou International Talent Center held its seventh lecture. The program aims to enhance foreign entrepreneurs operating in Hainan's free trade port by improving their entrepreneurial skills and capabilities, familiarizing them with the local business environment and relevant policies, and helping them adapt more quickly to the entrepreneurial landscape while addressing challenges encountered during their ventures. Approximately thirty international entrepreneurs from around the world attended this session.
本次授课的主讲老师是海南大学外聘教师、海南经贸职业技术学院外聘教师、海口市电子商务协会跨境电商专委会主任、海南本土跨境电商企业美极屋创始人郭耀华。郭老师今天主要给同学们讲课的主题是“海南自贸港贸易模式”，郭耀华在传统电商创业近20年，从事进口跨境电商贸易近5年，对海南进口跨境电商现状及未来发展趋势有着自己独到的见解。
The keynote speaker for this session is Guo Yaohua, an external faculty member at Hainan University and Hainan College of Economics and Trade, Director of the Cross-border E-commerce Committee at Haikou E-commerce Association, and founder of Meijiwu, a local cross-border e-commerce company in Hainan. His lecture today focuses on the "Trade Model of the Hainan Free Trade Port." With nearly 20 years of experience in traditional e-commerce entrepreneurship and five years dedicated to import cross-border e-commerce, Mr.Guo possesses unique insights into the current landscape and future development trends of import cross-border e-commerce in Hainan.
讲座中，郭总向同学们分析和比较了离岛免税、岛民免税、跨境电商和一般贸易四种贸易模式，分别详细讲解了每种模式各自所适应的政策和不同时间阶段的政策调整变化，还用实例列举了不同贸易模式的不同操作方法和产生的交易结果的区别，还就海南跨境电商的发展现状及未来趋势向同学进行了介绍。
During the lecture, General Manager Guo analyzed and compared four trade models—off-island duty-free trade, island resident duty-free trade, cross-border e-commerce, and general trade—providing detailed explanations of the applicable policies for each model and policy adjustments across different phases. He also illustrated the distinct operational approaches and transaction outcomes associated with each model through practical examples, while offering insights into the current development status and future trends of cross-border e-commerce in Hainan.
课后，学员们纷纷表示听了郭老师的课受益匪浅，认为讲座内容丰富、讲解生动，使大家更清晰地了解到海南跨境电商业务与其他跨境综试区的区别，也对海南自贸港建设与发展的新机遇、新挑战有了更深的理解，对自己的职业生涯规划也大有帮叻。
After the session, participants unanimously expressed that they had gained significant insights from Professor Guo's lecture, praising its comprehensive content and engaging delivery. The session helped them better understand the distinctions between Hainan's cross-border e-commerce operations and those of other cross-border pilot zones, deepened their comprehension of the new opportunities and challenges facing the development of the Hainan Free Trade Port, and proved highly beneficial for their career planning.
