On the evening of 9 May, the 7th class of the 5th session of the Foreign Talent Entrepreneurship Incubator Programme was successfully held by Haikou International Talent Home, drawing enthusiastic participation from foreign talents around the globe. This session, led by experienced instructor Chen Minghao, focused on 'Non-Verbal Communication' and provided participants with valuable communication skills and practical strategies for cross-cultural exchange.

The class took place in a warm and dynamic atmosphere. Mr Chen engaged attendees with lively explanations and insightful case analyses, exploring the importance of non-verbal communication in everyday interactions. Participants learned how to better understand others' emotions and intentions by "listening with their ears, observing with their eyes, and comprehending with their minds", thereby enhancing the effectiveness of cross-cultural communication.

During the interactive discussion segment, Mr Chen encouraged the students to consider the differences between positions, viewpoints and facts, and helped them to express their thoughts more clearly in conversation. Participants actively engaged in discussions, sharing their cultural backgrounds and experiences of communication challenges to create a vibrant classroom environment.
