This time, the cooperation with Happiness Island Education Supermarket to jointly build the 'Foreign Teacher's Home' is based on the consensus between both parties in the integration of international educational resources and talent exchange services. The aim is to establish a fixed exchange base for foreign talents in Qiong and English enthusiasts that is both professional and approachable, addressing the problems of strong mobility of previous activity venues and insufficient scene adaptability.
活动现场，30余名来自不同国家的外籍人才、社区居民、职场人士及青少年英语爱好者齐聚一堂，在温馨的教育场景中开启沉浸式交流。幸福岛教育超市的专业化场景化空间为活动提供了有力支撑，兼具学习氛围与互动属性的场地，让英语交流打破了传统课堂的束缚。活动延续了海口国际人才之家英语角的特色模式，由经验丰富的外籍志愿者牵头，围绕“自贸港生活日常”“跨文化社交礼仪”等贴近生活的主题，通过情景对话、趣味游戏、话题研讨等形式引导大家主动开口，现场氛围轻松热烈。
At the event venue, over 30 participants—including international professionals, community members, working adults, and young English enthusiasts from diverse backgrounds—gathered for an immersive English exchange in a warm educational setting. The professional, scenario-based space of Happiness Island Education Supermarket provided robust support, blending a learning atmosphere with interactive elements that transcended the constraints of traditional classrooms. Building on the signature model of Haikou International Talent Home's English Corner, the event was led by experienced foreign volunteers. Focusing on relatable themes like "Free Trade Port daily life" and "Cross-cultural social etiquette," the program encouraged active participation through role-play dialogues, fun games, and group discussions, creating a lively and engaging atmosphere.
“相比以往的活动场地，这里更贴近日常学习生活场景，和外教、伙伴们交流时更自然放松，学习效果也更好。”参与活动的青少年家长李女士表示，固定场地让他们更愿意持续参与，也期待未来有更多特色主题活动。据了解，幸福岛教育超市汇聚了国际教育、素养提升等多元资源，与“外教之家”的定位高度契合，能够为后续活动提供专业场地、配套教具及资源联动支持，让英语角活动更具专业性与可持续性。

She noted that the fixed venue encourages sustained participation and looks forward to more themed activities in the future. “外教之家”的落地是平台拓展服务阵地、深化资源合作的重要举措，此次首场活动的成功举办，验证了场地适配性与合作模式的可行性。未来，英语角活动将长期在幸福岛教育超市开展，依托“外教之家”阵地，结合双方资源优势，定期邀请外籍专家、资深英语教师如符积虎教授、Mona老师等参与授课，增设自贸港商务英语、青少年英语启蒙、跨文化交流技巧等特色主题，打造常态化、品牌化的人才交流活动。

The successful debut event has validated both the venue's suitability and the feasibility of the partnership model. Moving forward, English corner activities will be regularly held at the Happiness Island Education Supermarket. Leveraging the 'Foreign Teachers' Home' platform and combining the strengths of both parties, the center will periodically invite foreign experts and veteran English teachers such as Professor Fu Jihu and Teacher Mona to conduct classes. New thematic offerings will include Free Trade Port Business English, Youth English Education, and Cross-Cultural Communication Skills, establishing a regular and branded talent exchange program.
此次“外教之家”的启用与英语角的常态化落地，将进一步完善国际人才服务体系，以更精准、更贴心的服务营造良好的人才发展生态，为海南自贸港核心引领区建设汇聚更多国际化人才力量。
