近日，“2024白沙青松乡国际人才文旅智汇行”在白沙青松乡举办，吸引了来自世界各地的近40名国际人才及“候鸟”人才汇聚于此，深度体验白沙热带雨林风光和黎族文化的独特魅力。
Recently, the "2024 Baisha Qingsong Township International Talent Cultural Tourism and Intelligence Exchange Event" was held in Baisha Qingsong Township, attracting nearly 40 international talents and "migratory talent" professionals from around the world to immerse themselves in the unique charm of Baisha's tropical rainforest landscapes and Li ethnic culture.
此次活动包含了英语兴趣课堂、乡村音乐会、现场创作书画作品、体验山兰稻丰收节之旅等丰富多彩的内容，让国际人才和“候鸟”人才感受到文化的魅力和交流的乐趣。
The event featured a diverse array of activities, including English interest classes, rural concerts, live calligraphy and painting demonstrations, and an immersive experience of the Shanlan Rice Harvest Festival, allowing international talents and 'migratory talent' participants to appreciate cultural charm and the joy of cultural exchange.

在乡村音乐会现场，来自不同国家的国际人才与当地艺术团，共同演绎了《我爱你中国》《石榴园》《故乡》《木棉花之恋》等多首经典曲目，用深情的歌声表达了对中国的热爱和对美好生活的向往，一场场精彩节目赢得了台下观众们的阵阵掌声和喝彩。每一首歌曲唱毕，村民们都会热情地向来宾推介当地土特产，促进美食文化国际交流互鉴。
At the rural concert venue, international talents from various countries collaborated with local art troupes to perform several classic songs such as "I Love You China," "Pomegranate Garden," "Hometown," and "Love for the Kapok Flower." With heartfelt vocals, they expressed their love for China and their aspiration for a better life. Each captivating performance earned enthusiastic applause and cheers from the audience. After every song, villagers warmly promoted local specialties to the guests, fostering international exchange and mutual appreciation of culinary cultures.
国际人才凯瑟琳·库克开心地告诉记者：“今天我有一套新的衣服，他们又送了一个香包，我们一起跳舞，我们一起上课，我们非常开心，因为很多的人欢迎我，我们一起唱歌跳舞一起欢乐，他们非常高兴。”
International talent Catherine Cook happily told reporters, "Today I got a new outfit, and they gave me a sachet too. We danced together, attended classes together, and were overjoyed—so many people welcomed me, and we sang, danced, and shared joy together; they were truly delighted."
夜空下的篝火晚会上，国际人才与“候鸟”人才们品尝当地特色美食的同时，还与当地群众一起载歌载舞，共同庆祝这次难忘的聚会。熊熊的篝火照亮了人们的笑脸，欢快的音乐和舞蹈让大家沉浸在欢乐的氛围中。
At the bonfire party under the starry sky, international talents and "migratory talent" professionals savored local specialty cuisine while singing and dancing with the local community to celebrate this unforgettable gathering. The blazing bonfire illuminated everyone's smiling faces, while cheerful music and dance immersed all present in an atmosphere of joy.
国际人才Jan说：“我觉得今天的表演很好玩很有趣，有本地的人跳舞，国际的人跳舞，我很喜欢，现在白沙青松在我的心里面，我想再来一次这个地方，很漂亮。”
活动当天，国际人才和“候鸟”人才还在青松乡拥处村委会为当地群众现场创作书画作品。并前往青松乡的山兰稻田，沿途欣赏热带雨林风光，深入了解农业生产的各个环节。期间，他们在稻田中录制宣传视频，表达对青松乡的热爱和祝福。
International talent Jan remarked, "I found today's performance truly entertaining and fascinating—local residents dancing alongside international performers; I absolutely loved it. Baisha Qingsong now holds a special place in my heart, and I'd love to visit again; it's absolutely stunning." On the event day, international talents and "migratory bird" talents also created calligraphy and paintings on-site for local residents at the Yongchu Village Committee in Qingsong Township. They then visited the Shanlan rice fields in Qingsong Township, enjoying the tropical rainforest scenery along the way while gaining an in-depth understanding of various aspects of agricultural production. During their visit, they recorded promotional videos in the rice fields to express their affection and best wishes for Qingsong Township.
国际人才艾美丽说：“我可以说是第三次爬山到这里看这个地方，我第一次来的时候很吃惊，没想到在山上能有一个种米饭的地方，然后不用水，所以我很好奇，当时我来的时候还没有开始黄，但是当时也非常的美，很好看，然后感觉风很新鲜，就打算也带朋友来这里体验一下这个感受，就今天又来了。”
International talent Ai Meili said, "This is my third time climbing this mountain to see the place. When I first visited, I was surprised to find a rice-growing area on the mountain that operated without water—this piqued my curiosity. Although the rice fields hadn't yet turned golden at the time, they were stunningly beautiful, and the fresh breeze was delightful. I decided to bring friends along to experience this atmosphere, which is why I'm here again today."
此外，活动还举行人才座谈建言会。国际人才、当地政府和企业代表共同探讨青松乡的教育、文化和经济发展，达成了海口市龙华区辅安“候鸟”人才工作站党支部与白沙青松乡拥处村党支部共建协议，以及设立海口国际人才志愿服务团白沙青松乡拥处村服务点。
据介绍，通过此次活动，促进了黎族文化与国际文化相互交融、人才资源和文旅产业高度融合，推动乡村旅游文化发展，助力乡村教育，宣传乡村形象，推动旅游业和黎族文化独特性相融合，打造具有向往度的旅游产品的战略。
海口国际人才之家运营负责人皮进宇表示：“我们以后还会组织更多的国际人才、国际友人来到我们青松乡，不断地来体验我们的民族文化，和我们当地的黎族、苗族进行深度的融合和结合，真正地在自贸港的建设下，能够更加的振兴。”
In addition, the event featured a talent symposium and advisory session. Representatives from international experts, local governments, and enterprises jointly discussed Qing Song Township's educational, cultural, and economic development. They reached agreements to establish a joint partnership between the Party Branch of the Fu' an "Migratory Bird" Talent Workstation in Longhua District, Haikou City, and the Party Branch of Yongchu Village in Baisha Qing Song Township, as well as to set up a service point for the Haikou International Talent Volunteer Service Team in Yongchu Village.
According to reports, this initiative has facilitated the integration of Li ethnic culture with international cultures, achieved deep synergy between human resources and the cultural tourism industry, boosted rural tourism development, supported rural education, enhanced the rural image, promoted the fusion of tourism with the uniqueness of Li culture, and formulated a strategy for creating appealing tourism products.
Pi Jinyu, Operations Director of the Haikou International Talent Home, stated: "We will continue to invite more international talents and friends to our Qingsong Township, enabling them to immerse themselves in our ethnic culture and engage deeply with the local Li and Miao communities. This collaboration will truly contribute to revitalizing the area under the Free Trade Port initiative."
活动期间，国际人才及“候鸟”人才还参观了白沙展示馆、青松乡产品展示馆，领略了白沙的历史变迁、自然风光和独特的民族文化，了解白沙青松乡特色农产品山兰稻、特色手工艺品等。
本次活动由县委人才发展局、县旅文局指导，海口市科学技术和工业信息化局（海口市外国专家局）、青松乡党委政府共同主办。
During the event, international talents and "migratory talent" visitors also toured the Baisha Exhibition Hall and the Qingsong Township Product Exhibition Hall, where they explored Baisha's historical evolution, natural landscapes, and unique ethnic culture, while learning about local specialty agricultural products such as Shanlan rice and distinctive handicrafts from Qingsong Township.
This event was guided by the County Talent Development Bureau and the County Tourism and Culture Bureau, and jointly organized by the Haikou Municipal Bureau of Science, Technology and Industrial Information (Haikou Municipal Bureau of Foreign Experts), as well as the Qingsong Township Party Committee and Government.
