Dongfang City Launches “ International Talent Visits Crocodile Town: Exploring the Development of Dongfang’s Distinctive Industries” Field Research Activity

More than ten international professionals from the fields of international trade and cross-border e-commerce visited the Cuozhen Crocodile Park in Hongcao Village, Sanjia Town, Dongfang City, to conduct field visits and observations of the current state of local characteristic industrial development, exchange development experiences, share strategic insights, and gain a comprehensive understanding of Dongfang's distinctive crocodile industry development models and competitive advantages.
During the event, the delegation of international professionals conducted an immersive visit to the standardized crocodile farming park, where they observed the operational model of the base in person and gained a systematic understanding of Dongfang's comprehensive industrial development ecosystem—integrating ecological farming, deep processing, and cultural tourism experiences. The head of the base provided detailed briefings on the scale of the crocodile industry, its core competitive advantages, product R&D and innovation capabilities, standardized production systems, and industrial upgrading plans, as well as the practical measures Dongfang has implemented to cultivate specialized farming industries and promote the integration of agriculture, culture, and tourism. Subsequently, the delegation toured the product exhibition area, which featured a diverse range of well-crafted regional crocodile specialty products, offering them an intuitive and comprehensive understanding of Dongfang's achievements in developing its distinctive industries. The exchange session was characterized by a relaxed and cordial atmosphere. Drawing on their respective industry expertise and the specific industrial characteristics of various regions, the participants engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as enhancing the quality and upgrading of specialized industries, optimizing product innovation, fostering integrated cultural-tourism development, and strengthening brand promotion. They exchanged best practices and explored new pathways for industrial diversification.
